CAMXLEO Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order. No minimum. No code. No hidden fees.

We keep our product prices honest and we cover the shipping. No inflating prices to fake "free shipping." Just a clean deal.

How it works

  • Any order ships for free within the United States.

  • Delivery in 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Tracking included on every order.

Why free shipping now?

Because we're so back. And we want you to try CAMXLEO without worrying about extra costs. Consider it our "welcome to the Main Character" gift.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Tracking

Every order includes tracking sent to your email. If you don't see it within 4 business days, check spam. Still nothing? Hit us at camxleo@gmail.com.

Lost or stolen packages

Once the carrier marks it "delivered," we can't replace lost or stolen packages. But we'll help you file a claim and do our best to make it right - just reach out within 7 days.

If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't get it:

  1. Check with neighbors / mailroom

  2. Contact your local post office

  3. Email us and we'll do our best to help track it down

Damaged or incorrect items

Did your bottle leak? Take a photo within 48 hours of delivery and email us. We'll send a replacement or refund immediately - no return required (we're not here to waste your time).

Address changes

Double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, it's likely already packed and we can't change it.

Returns on unopened product

Changed your mind? You can return unopened, unused bottles within 30 days. Buyer pays return shipping. Refund is issued once we receive the product.

Opened bottles? Not returnable, but we'd still like to hear your feedback. Tell us what didn't work.
