Not satisfied? Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on the product price.

  • Unopened, unused bottles: Full refund. Buyer pays return shipping.

  • Opened or used bottles: We'll review case by case. We want you happy, but we can't refund fully used products.

How to start a return

Email us at camxleo@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 48 hours with return instructions.

Damaged or defective?

That's on us, not you. Email within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No return needed.

When you get your refund

Refunds process within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item (or immediately for damaged claims). The money goes back to your original payment method.

Please note: Your bank or credit card issuer may take additional 3-10 business days to reflect the refund on your statement. This is outside our control: we release funds as soon as we possibly can.

Important note

Shipping costs are not refundable unless the product arrived damaged or we made a mistake. Return shipping is your responsibility for standard returns (unopened, changed mind, etc.).
